After some technical challenges the Blits tournament finally started around 8:30.
Time control was 3 minutes + 2 seconds/move.
There were 18 participants. Four of them were not playing in the festival.
At the start of the 9th (and last) round there were still 3 potential winners: Arita Strade, Polle van Arendonk and Karsten Dam. Karsten was the only one of those three who won his game.
